The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated that. the location allowed for quick access to nearby restaurants and shops.
Waiting took longer during peak hours though i understand that this is common in larger hotels.

The room featured modern decor with a swing chair on the balcony. That was nice. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower added a touch of luxury. i liked the daily cleaning service. It kept everything fresh.

The staff were polite and attentive to requests. the reception efficiently arranged a cab on short notice. It got me to the airport on time. i received a complimentary dinner voucher for being a repeat guest.

The front desk staff greeted us warmly each day. My room had generous space. lovely amenities provided . I appreciated the secure location for storing my bags after checkout. This was quite convenient.
The wifi signal experienced occasional interruptions. It made consistent connectivity a bit challenging at times, requiring patience.

I found my stay disappointing. the noise was a major problem. Thin walls meant i heard everything from adjacent rooms. our double room side sea view clearly needed updating. I noticed chipped paint and damaged furniture. this affected my overall experience negatively.

i found the room to be spacious and well-equipped with good facilities. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary bottle of champagne i received upon check-in. the breakfast spread had many options, including items i found very tasty. i found my room comfortable, complete with a great view.
I noticed that the walls were quite thin. I could hear conversations from other rooms. it impacted the overall tranquility.

the POOL area had plenty of sun loungers available for everyone. the poolside bar offered cheap drinks and also some good food. BREAKFAST was very varied with lots available.
I booked a double room and got two single beds pushed together. It was not ideal. the room walls are thin, so doors slamming and corridor chatter could be heard. it wasn't great when trying to get an 8-month-old to sleep.
